I want to Thank you A-Z Radon! You were very professional and knowledgeable. I had hired a different radon company to fix my home which had levels of over 85.0pCi/L due to the fact they were less expensive than other quotes I received. After 3 months and a ridiculous amount of pipes and fan motors they finally gave up and said my house could not be fixed. Thankfully I did not believe their conclusion and called A-Z Radon. A-Z was able to remove the mess that was installed by the other radon company, pinpoint the issues and reinstall a system in a much more attractive professional and compliant fashion. I am not sure of the protocol is as far as oversight on radon mitigation but seeing the difference first hand between the other radon company and A-Z Radon Services I am not sure how the other company is allowed to have a license and charge people for their work. In the end I guess you get what you pay for and I should have called A-Z first and saved myself a great deal of hassle and frustration! I would recommend A-Z to anyone even thinking about testing of installing a mitigation system in their home!

After learning that such a harmful gas could be present in our home I panicked. I called A-Z Radon and from the moment they answered the phone they made me feel assured that they would take care of my problem. I would like to take a moment to thank you for a wonderful job you did installing my radon system. I was afraid that my house would be turned into a “construction zone†for this project however I was pleasantly surprised when the crew arrived went as far as to lay rugs down to protect my carpets and floors. They worked very quickly and when they left a short time later their work area was spotless. I was very pleased.

This is just a note to thank you personally for fixing my Radon issue. I’m impressed in how efficient the service is and how much we have benefitted from the work you did. On a side note ever since you installed the system our basement smells cleaner. We no longer smell the mold and mildew that used to plague our basement and my son who is prone to severe allergies has had a significant reduction in his symptoms. I would recommend doing this to your home for that benefit alone. Once again, thank you so much. You have truly made a difference in our overall quality of life.

Thank you for taking the time to explain what radon is and how it can be fixed. I was in the process of selling my home when the home inspector found elevated radon levels. This caused my potential buyer to panic and threaten to withdraw their offer. My realtor recommended I contact A-Z Radon Services and after talking to me about my radon levels they assured me that they could fix my problem. My realtor convinced the buyers to talk to A-Z Radon Services as well and after speaking to the staff they agreed to move forward. The crew arrived and within a days’ work they had installed a system to fix the radon issue. The testing that happened after installation indicated that A-Z had indeed reduced my levels and my buyers were more than happy to move forward. Thank you so much for all your care and hard work. A-Z Radon did an overall exceptional job of installing the mitigation system in my home. The installers arrived on time and explained each step of the process and took the time to answer all of my questions. When they finished they went over the system parts as well as how to read the visual alarm to know if the system stops working. The best part was the bill was exactly what I was quoted! No upsell and no surprises ! Overall I was very impressed with A-Z and would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs radon testing and mitigation!
